In her quest to feel passionate
about her work, Donna has spent
the past 13 years working and volunteering with, and supporting,
the charitable sector --as educator, executive director,
fundraiser, board member, committee chair, and donor.
Donna understands charitable organizations from all these
perspectives, so can represent them well. Donna combines
her education and business experience with her passion to
help and her creative flair to serve charities in a variety
of areas.
Donna is diplomatic and effective in cultivating and
maintaining community, media, and donor relationships,
through her skills as a communicator, writer, editor,
public speaker, organization and program promoter, and
media spokesperson. She holds proven track records in
fundraising plan development and evaluation, having
cultivated and increased donor support, including
sponsorships, grants, and individual giving, for a
number of organizations. In addition, Donna is an
effective manager and team builder, and is skilled at
teaching and in developing and leading workshops.
